Parent-Child Activity Held for Summer Vacation in SW China

To enhance communication between parents and children during , the Qingyi Social Work Service Center of Wenjiang district, in Chengdu, Southwest China's Sichuan Province, organized a on July 31.
The activity encouraged children to stay away from cellphones and computers and learn to make with their parents.
With mashed potatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, and carrots as ingredients, the children used their creativity to make salads and enjoyed the company of their parents.
Because the activity was well-received by the children, the social workers will organize follow-up activities based on the demands of children and parents.
