Around 70 students recently took part in a special film-making project in northwest China's , designed to present the area's unique natural scenery and local customs along the ancient silk road.

The event — the 9th Nanjing-Hong Kong-Macao College Students Micro Film Training Camp — was organized by Nanjing University of east China's Jiangsu Province .

Some students shot , whilst others opted for documentaries.
